FREE Music Sound Healing for Anxiety and Stress

FREE Music Sound Healing for Anxiety and Stress

Here, we use sound, nature’s frequencies, to help bring the mind and body back to clarity and calm. The vibrations from instruments like the didgeridoo, Native American flute, and overtone singing move gently through the body, helping release tension and ease the effects of stress and anxiety.

As these sounds travel through you, allow your body to soften and your breath to slow. Simply relax and receive the vibrations, letting them support your natural return to balance.

Spring Equinox Celebration Half Mala and Full Mala

Spring Equinox Celebration Half Mala and Full Mala

We practice 108 Sun Salutations as a moving meditation to welcome change, build resilience, and mark a new season, like spring.

For those who want the ritual without overextending or overworking the body, we’re also offering a Half Mala (54 rounds) It’s a more accessible way to stay intentional, connected, and energized while honoring your body’s limits.

Choose your path:

Half Mala — 54 Sun Salutations

Full Mala — 108 Sun Salutations

We’ll flow through the first 54 salutations together, pause for a grounding intermission with gentle journaling and a short sound bath, then complete the final 54 as a collective. This practice invites renewal, clarity, and a deep sense of connection as we welcome the new season.

Both experiences include an intermission sound bath! People who choose the half experience will exit after the sound bath, those who want the full experience can continue. And don’t worry, not every round has to be a full expression. You’ll be guided through variations so you can move in a way that supports your body every step of the way.

Celebrate the return of light with a powerful 3-hour Equinox Mala practice. As the season shifts into spring, we honor this moment of balance through movement, intention, and ritual.

Touch & Trust: A Couples Partner Yoga + Massage Experience

Touch & Trust: A Couples Partner Yoga + Massage Experience

Slow down, reconnect, and care for one another, together.

Touch & Trust is a 2-hour guided couples experience designed to help partners deepen connection through movement, presence, intentional touch, and shared ritual. This workshop blends partner yoga, reflective writing, and practical massage education so you leave with tools you can actually use at home, even on the busiest weeks.

We begin with 60 minutes of partner yoga, focusing on trust, support, breath synchronization, and gentle assisted poses. This portion of the workshop is accessible, playful, and grounding, no yoga experience required.

Next, you’ll be guided through 20 minutes of reflective writing, where you’ll write a letter to your partner using thoughtfully crafted prompts. You will then put this card in an envelope and share it with your partner in private.

The final portion of the evening is led by a licensed massage therapist, who will teach couples how to offer safe, nurturing, and effective touch. You’ll learn why continuous touch, warm hands, and consistency matter, and you’ll be guided through a simple, repeatable 15-minute massage routine focusing on the main areas where most people hold stress and deeply crave care. All massage is fully clothed and consent-based.

Throughout the experience, enjoy our coffee and tea bar, along with a dark chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries and raspberries, a sweet, sensory touch to make the evening feel like a true date night.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and equipped with rituals that support your relationship long after the workshop ends.

No prior yoga or massage experience required.

$80 per couple, only one person has to sign up.

Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Day - Healing Yoga & Candlelight Vigil

Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Day - Healing Yoga & Candlelight Vigil

This October, we gather in recognition of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, a tender space that touches many lives—often quietly and unseen. Whether this is part of your own story, the story of someone you love, or simply a human experience you hold compassion for, you are warmly invited to join us.

With support from SolSpace and Room to Heal—an organization that helps women who’ve experienced loss clear out, store, or donate baby items to support their healing—we will come together in movement, reflection, and community.

✨ Our Practice Together

This class is not about performance, but about presence. We will honor the strength it takes to carry both love and loss, creating space for breath, release, remembrance, and healing. Your mat becomes a refuge, guided by breath and held in compassion, reminding each of us that we are not alone.

🕯 Evening Agenda

  • 6:00–6:15 | Welcome & opening words

  • 6:15–7:00 | Gentle yoga class

  • 7:00–7:10 | Candle lighting ceremony of remembrance

  • 7:10–7:30 | Snacks, tea & community connection

This event is free to attend, and donations for Room to Heal are warmly welcomed. Together, we’ll practice with gentleness, reverence, and gratitude for the resilience of the human spirit.
