Touch & Trust: A Couples Partner Yoga + Massage Experience

Touch & Trust: A Couples Partner Yoga + Massage Experience

Slow down, reconnect, and care for one another, together.

Touch & Trust is a 2-hour guided couples experience designed to help partners deepen connection through movement, presence, intentional touch, and shared ritual. This workshop blends partner yoga, reflective writing, and practical massage education so you leave with tools you can actually use at home, even on the busiest weeks.

We begin with 60 minutes of partner yoga, focusing on trust, support, breath synchronization, and gentle assisted poses. This portion of the workshop is accessible, playful, and grounding, no yoga experience required.

Next, you’ll be guided through 20 minutes of reflective writing, where you’ll write a letter to your partner using thoughtfully crafted prompts. You will then put this card in an envelope and share it with your partner in private.

The final portion of the evening is led by a licensed massage therapist, who will teach couples how to offer safe, nurturing, and effective touch. You’ll learn why continuous touch, warm hands, and consistency matter, and you’ll be guided through a simple, repeatable 15-minute massage routine focusing on the main areas where most people hold stress and deeply crave care. All massage is fully clothed and consent-based.

Throughout the experience, enjoy our coffee and tea bar, along with a dark chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries and raspberries, a sweet, sensory touch to make the evening feel like a true date night.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and equipped with rituals that support your relationship long after the workshop ends.

No prior yoga or massage experience required.

$80 per couple, only one person has to sign up.

Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Day - Healing Yoga & Candlelight Vigil

Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Day - Healing Yoga & Candlelight Vigil

This October, we gather in recognition of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, a tender space that touches many lives—often quietly and unseen. Whether this is part of your own story, the story of someone you love, or simply a human experience you hold compassion for, you are warmly invited to join us.

With support from SolSpace and Room to Heal—an organization that helps women who’ve experienced loss clear out, store, or donate baby items to support their healing—we will come together in movement, reflection, and community.

✨ Our Practice Together

This class is not about performance, but about presence. We will honor the strength it takes to carry both love and loss, creating space for breath, release, remembrance, and healing. Your mat becomes a refuge, guided by breath and held in compassion, reminding each of us that we are not alone.

🕯 Evening Agenda

  • 6:00–6:15 | Welcome & opening words

  • 6:15–7:00 | Gentle yoga class

  • 7:00–7:10 | Candle lighting ceremony of remembrance

  • 7:10–7:30 | Snacks, tea & community connection

This event is free to attend, and donations for Room to Heal are warmly welcomed. Together, we’ll practice with gentleness, reverence, and gratitude for the resilience of the human spirit.

Why Yoga & Activism?

We believe that wellness isn’t just about the body—it’s also about how we engage with the world around us. Yoga teaches us to live with awareness, compassion, and courage. Activism is an extension of that practice, giving us the opportunity to turn those values into action.

By pairing mindful movement with civic engagement, we’re creating a space where community members can gather, recharge, and then channel that renewed energy toward positive change.

Parents’ Guide to Better Memories: Smartphone photography and videography

Before we even talk about lighting or camera settings, I want you to pause and remember this: you’re not just taking pictures — you’re preserving memories. The way your child squints when they laugh, the way they concentrate while building with blocks, the way they reach out to hold your hand — these are the moments that matter.

As a professional photographer and a parent myself, I can tell you this: the best images aren’t posed. They’re felt.
