    Half Mala — 54 Sun Salutations - $20

    Full Mala — 108 Sun Salutations - $45

    We’ll flow through the first 54 salutations together, pause for a grounding intermission with gentle journaling and a short sound bath, then complete the final 56 as a collective. This practice invites renewal, clarity, and a deep sense of connection as we welcome the new season.
