Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Day – Healing Yoga & Candlelight Vigil
Join us in honoring Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Day with an evening of reflection, connection, and gentle movement. We will begin with a candlelight vigil to create a space of remembrance and support for anyone who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss—personally or through a loved one.
Following the vigil, we’ll move into a healing yoga flow designed to nurture the body, calm the mind, and hold space for grief, love, and hope. This all-levels class focuses on gentle, mindful movement and deep breathwork to help release tension and invite peace.
All are welcome, whether you come to move, to hold space, or simply to be in community.
