Workshop Overview
Join instructors Jackie Bravo and Andrea Valenzuela to answer all of your questions about our 5-week Yoga for Every Body course. We will go live on Instagram on Tuesday, August 12 from 7:30-8 PM follow us @solspacechi
Perfect for anyone new to yoga, the Yoga for Every Body workshop at Sol Space offers a supportive and welcoming introduction to the practice. Over the course of the series, you’ll learn the essential yoga poses, explore proper alignment, and discover how to adapt each movement to meet your needs. Each week builds on the last, so you can gradually absorb and apply what you’ve learned—leaving you confident and ready to join our ongoing classes.
You’ll also have time to ask questions, explore modifications, and understand how yoga can meet you exactly where you are.
Attendance at the first session is required to set the foundation for the series. If you miss a later class, you may schedule a make-up in a Collective Exhale session or a Tuesday night class with your instructors.
$75 for non-members and $65 for members (members also get to bring a buddy for free).
