This class isn’t your average yoga flow. At the heart of restorative yoga is the mantra:

We live in a culture that pushes productivity above all else, but in this class, we practice a different truth: that rest is our birthright. Through deep relaxation, supported postures, and the quiet hum of candlelight, you’re invited to restore—not because you worked hard enough, but because you deserve to.
What to Expect
Restorative yoga is a highly propped practice. Think blankets, bolsters, and blocks building a “headnest” not just for your head, but for your entire body. Every posture is supported, every muscle is given permission to let go. The result? A class that feels like a reset button for your nervous system.
If you’ve never experienced a headnest before, you might want to stop by and try one during the week at any of Jackie’s classes—or sink into the full experience in a restorative class. It’s something you have to feel to understand.
