New Class Alert: Gentle Yoga Sunday’s 10:15 AM Starting 4/19
Step into a practice that invites you to explore the balance between effort and ease, the yogic principle of sthira(stability and strength) and sukha (comfort and softness). This thoughtfully designed class will guide you through a gentle yet intentional flow, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your breath after a full day.
Rather than pushing to extremes, you’ll move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable, challenging your body just enough to create awareness, while also giving yourself permission to soften where you need it most. As the practice unfolds, we’ll gradually transition into longer-held, restorative postures that allow your nervous system to settle, releasing physical tension and mental clutter so you can move into your evening feeling grounded, calm, and restored.
This is the perfect class if you’re craving balance, something active, but not overwhelming; nourishing, but not passive. A space to reconnect, reset, and come home to yourself.
